1.1 Don’t push yourself too hard in class. Always listen to your body and what it needs. Stop if you are in pain. Make sure you have a safe open place to practice. Only you know your limits, what your body can do and where it can go.
1.2 We here at Back Row Yogi provide instruction for a safe practice including, but not limited to, modifications, cues on correct form, "hands on" guidance and visual aid. Herein, you acknowledge that participation in physical exercise and yoga instructional classes naturally involves the risk of injury. You further acknowledge that specific risks include injuries resulting from overexertion, physical adjustment, improper or negligent use of recommended equipment (e.g., blocks and/or straps), failure to follow trainer instructions, or injuries resulting from participation in an inappropriate level of physical exercise. As such, you understand and voluntarily accept these risks and agree that you are solely responsible for selecting classes and activities that are appropriate for your skill and ability level.
1.3 We believe that our services can be beneficial in many ways, however, it is not intended to diagnose, prevent, or treat any medical condition, to ascertain the state of your health, or to be used as a substitute for medical advice and we make no promise that our services provides therapeutic benefit or that any particular “wellness” objective will be achieved. Please consult a health professional for advice on any injuries, conditions or illness.

3.1 The pricing of events and classes may vary from event to event.
3.2 The pricing on merchandise may vary due to cost and quality. Refer to Shop page for accurate pricing. Additional shipping and handling charges may apply if merchandise is mailed to client. Shipping and handling is not reflected on listed price.
